Intro

After School Clubs

Franklin Academy provides an exciting after school club program which is available to all eligible students in grades K-8. Please note the following guidelines apply regarding club registration:

  • REGISTRATION: Club registration takes place online for all students in grades K-8. Parents/guardians simply click on the registration link to register their child for the club(s) of their choice. Participants will receive a confirmation email once the student has been registered successfully.
  • ELIGIBILITY: Participation in after school clubs is a privilege. Behavior expectations of students participating in an after school club remain the same as during the regular school day. Students who do not adhere to behavioral expectations will be dismissed from the club and club fees will not be refunded.

Online registration for Quarter 2 clubs began at 7:00 PM on Friday, October 10, 2025, and ended at 11:45 PM on Friday, October 17, 2025.

Quarter 2 clubs will run from Monday, October 27, 2025, through Thursday, December 18, 2025.

Club Participation Terms:

• Club availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• There are NO REFUNDS or CLUB CHANGES after Wednesday, October 22, 2025 that can be made.

• No late registrations will be accepted.

• Please be advised that parents and guardians will be responsible for the pick-up of their child on the days on which their club meets, as transportation is not provided. Elementary parents must pick-up their child at 4:00 pm and MYP parents must pick up their child by 4:45 pm. There will be a $1.00 per minute charge for late pick-up. Late pick up payments must be in the form of a check or money order and must be made out to Franklin Academy.

• Siblings not enrolled in a club may not wait at school for the club to end. They must be picked up at their regular dismissal time or late pick up fees will be assessed.

• Clubs may be canceled due to club moderator’s emergency/sickness. Club moderator will schedule make-up classes.

• There are NO clubs on early release days or school holidays.
